IVR Servers are used for IVR Applications – Calling Cards and Callback services.
The IVR Server may be an Asterisk with configured IVR applications.
Settings > IVR > IVR Server > Add IVR Server
Configure here the IVR server parameters necessary to establish connection with the system – name of the server, host (the IP of the server), port for communication (for SIP the port is 5060). Select “Active” if you server will be used.
Settings > IVR > IVR Settings
The IVR Settings determine whether the IVRs will play the available account balance and/or the available time for the call.
Please note that these settings can be changed in the Subscription Plan or in the Account Member context as well.
