Voicemail Servers are used for voicemail services – they may be Asterisk servers. Administrators can configure one or more voicemail servers and associate them with subscription plans. This way calls to voicemail from account members in the subscription plan will be sent to the selected voicemail server. A single voicemail server can be assigned in many subscription plans.
Routing > Voicemail Servers > Add Voicemail Server
Configure the voicemail server with the necessary SOAP parameters to establish connection with the system.
The Signaling IP/Domain is the IP of the server.
The Signaling Port is the port for communication (for SIP interconnection use 5060).
SOAP Url is the URL of the server which processes the system requests on the Asterisk side.
SOAP Username is the SOAP header username used for authentication of SOAP requests.
SOAP Password is the SOAP header password used for authentication of SOAP requests.
Select the “Is Active” checkbox if you want to use the server.
