How to Use the Account Reports

Account reports are used to collect call data per account.

 

Accounts > Account Name > Reports > Call History

 

In the call history you can check summarized information about the calls – this is available immediately after the calls are finished. The calls and their parameters are summarized on a monthly and daily basis and by the area code.

 

Please note that call history is for the whole account (from all account members).

 

Accounts > Account Name > Reports > Download CDRs
