Agent reports provide all necessary information about the agent activity.
There are two types of agent reports:
You can select an exact date range from the calendar or choose from the predefined time periods (today, yesterday, last week, last month, etc.). You can also customize the graphic report according to your needs – the report allows you to visualize up to two parameters simultaneously from the following options:
The available slice periods are day, week, and month. The filtering functionality allows you to extract any necessary information about your agents’ commissions – all columns can be sorted as needed, and the generated reports can be downloaded in CSV format or directly emailed.
Reports > Agents > Commissions The Commissions Agents Report provides information about Agents’ Commissions for a selected period of time. Depending on what segment you choose, the first column in the data table will be changed and the information will be sorted based on this parameter. Available segments are subscription plan (default view), account, country, state, and account category. You can filter the information per Agent – enter the Agent ID or search by name, company, or email to make your selection. The Table with the detailed information can be viewed by several parameters:
Reports > Agents > Commission Trends The Commission Trends Report provides trending information about Agents’ commissions for a selected period of time.
You can also choose to view details for exact Agent and Customer. You can filter the information per Agent – enter the Agent ID or search by name, company, or email and per Customer – enter the Account ID or search by name, company, or email to make your selection. You can also customize the graphic report according to your needs – the report allows you to visualize up to two parameters simultaneously from the following options:
