How to Use the Current Calls Report

This is a real time report which provides detailed information about all current calls (connected and in process of connecting) in the system.

 

Reports > Usage Reports > Current Calls

 

Users can refresh the page by clicking the “Refresh” button.

 

The first row shows the total number of current calls in the system at the given moment.

 

The data table gives detailed information organized in the following columns:

 

  • Session ID – unique ID number of the session (this becomes the CDR ID)
  • Account ID – the ID of the account which sends the call
  • Member ID – the ID of the member in the Account which sends the call
  • Called Number – the called number
  • Calling Number – the calling number
  • Origination IP – The IP of the member from which the call is made
  • Origination Carrier – the ID of the carrier sending the call (for inbound calls only)
  • Termination IP – the IP of the carrier to which the call is sent
  • Termination Carrier – the ID of the carrier to which the call is sent
  • Status – current status of the call (Connecting or Answered)
  • Start time – the start time of the call
  • Session Duration – the duration of the call including the ring time

 

 

All columns can be sorted as needed.
