Please find below the process you need to follow in order to get support:
- go to http:support.Globalsysconnect.com
- login with your user and password
- click on “Report issue” from the tab menu
- enter reproducibility, severity, priority of the issue
- post problem summary – short but enough to understand what is the problem
- enter description – include full details of the problem so that we can reproduce it
- click on submit report
- assign the ticket to user “avangard”
- when our engineers start working on a ticket they will change the status of the ticket to “acknowledged”
- if we need additional information from you in order to fix the issue the ticket will be assigned back to you and its status will be changed to “feedback”
- please make sure you assign the ticket back to us after you have post notes in the ticket
- when the issue has been fixed the status of the ticket will be changed to “resolved”
Please note that in order to ensure that your problems are addressed timely you must assign the tickets to account “avangard”.
Also we cannot guarantee work on incorrectly posted trouble tickets or tickets with incomplete and/or confusing information.
