Configuration reports are providing summarized information of the main configurations in the system. They are used for auditing purpose – to check what was configured after you have finished with the setup of your system and correct mistakes (if any).
Configuration Reports > System Users
Enter the user ID or choose a user from the dropdown menu and you will see each user’s details and the permissions.

Configuration Reports > System Settings
The system displays all system settings here:
- default call settings
- user interface settings
- notifications
- billing settings
- billing information
- invoice settings
Please refer to “How to Setup the System” for details about how to change system settings.
Configuration Reports > Rating and Billing
Enter the Subscription Plan ID or choose the name of the plan from the dropdown menu.
The system will display full information for the selected plan:
- plan details
- surcharges
- taxes
- usage counters
- notifications
- assigned batches

Configuration Reports > Accounts
You can write the Account ID or choose the name of the account from the dropdown menu.
Detailed information for the selected account will appear:
- account details
- subscription plan
- billing settings
- call settings
- route set
- translation set

Configuration Reports > Agents
Enter the agent ID or choose the name of the agent from the dropdown menu.
The system will display full information for the selected agent:
- agent details
- commission profile
- subscription plans on which he is receive commissions

This report displays full routing information:
- carriers
- endpoints
- tariffs
- translation sets
